Great manager great property great neighbors.
No party hounds and no people running around screaming and yelling at all hours.
They do a great job at screening people and keeping out those who want to cause trouble.
Great little hidden gem in a big city.
I have enjoyed living here.

The people living here and the manager have all been very nice. The few problems I had where addressed the same day and both where my fault. The grounds are kept very clean as is the pool. Just a very nice place where I always feel at home. When I could not make it home from work I called the manager and he would take my little dog out for me. Cannot say enough nice things about living here.

I lived here for over 8 years - great complex and facility never a problem with management getting things done on time or if I ever requested an order . The apt. manager is very fast to complete any maintenance needed for the complex . Majestic Palms takes extreme pride with the up keep and safety of all tenants and I always feel save and never plan on moving anywhere else.
I lived here for 17 years!

Best one bedrooms with utilities included in our area! Very clean and neat. No loud music at night which is great as I work! Very charming place. Again I enjoy the peace and quiet! Manager runs a good place and keeps the place clean. I have lived here for 17 years!-
