July 17, 2021Great manager great property great neighbors. No party hounds and no people running around screaming and yelling at all hours. They do a great job at screening people and keeping out those who want to cause trouble. Great little hidden gem in a big city.Review from Apartments.com
I have enjoyed living here.
October 10, 2015The people living here and the manager have all been very nice. The few problems I had where addressed the same day and both where my fault. The grounds are kept very clean as is the pool. Just a very nice place where I always feel at home. When I could not make it home from work I called the manager and he would take my little dog out for me. Cannot say enough nice things about living here.Property Manager Responded

I love it here!
October 10, 2015I lived here for over 8 years - great complex and facility never a problem with management getting things done on time or if I ever requested an order . The apt. manager is very fast to complete any maintenance needed for the complex . Majestic Palms takes extreme pride with the up keep and safety of all tenants and I always feel save and never plan on moving anywhere else.Review from Apartments.com

October 10, 2015Best one bedrooms with utilities included in our area! Very clean and neat. No loud music at night which is great as I work! Very charming place. Again I enjoy the peace and quiet!
