RUNDOWN AND ROACH INFESTED

These apartments are not well kept and maintenance is rarely available. No pest control and is heavily infested with roaches. Building is old and rundown. Trash is always left all over the ground and around the bin. During summer, police close off most of the street access for parades, etc. It can be a hassle.
