I would not recommend the flooring. It rips to easy. Also, it's hard to find a cleaner that doesn't turn the floor an ashy white or cloudy color after use.

I would recommend due to cost and great office personnel. I would not recommend due to the noise and types of people tenants move into their units. Living near the stairwell was so loud and upstairs units were so audible to the first floor where I was. Also domestic issues were regular in my building 5.
