Unprofessional and disgusting
November 18, 2021Very unprofessional, I was trying to call in order to get more information because they have no information online. I’ve seen 1 star ratings on different pages and I didnt understand why until now. Very rude, one of the employees answered my call the first time and immediately hung up on me. I tried to call again and they sent me to voicemail stating that they were closed when clearly they don’t close until 6:00pm. After I called again and the woman on the phone answered very unprofessionally and ...rude telling me to call back in an hour and rushed the entire time not even letting me get a word out and then proceeded to hang up on me again. They seem to be understaffed and apparently no one can step away to handle a call. The way that employee handled the call was just plain out wrong and rude. If I could give no stars I would. There’s even many reviews of management wanting rent paid on time but never takes the time to get maintenance to fix things at all. Would not recommend
February 26, 2019Theres a lot of tenants who have problems with Roaches/ rats & pest control only comes once every 3-4 months . Maintenance takes a while to come fix issues in your house . The washers do not drain and the dryers dont dry & that problem has Lasted a couple months already & they still haven’t fixed the problem . Management wants the rent paid on time but can’t even fix any problems that have needed to be dealt with . How much they want for rent is not worth all the problems that are going on .Review from Apartments.com

May 3, 2018The staff is very tenant friendly and is the manager Norma is always keeping up with the property and families that reside in the complex. Javier is always very helpful and nice to people coming into the office to ask questions. There is always family oriented activities and the pool is always kept clean. I have family that reside there and it is always a pleasant experience when visiting them.Review from Apartments.com
