Unprofessional and disgusting

Very unprofessional, I was trying to call in order to get more information because they have no information online. I’ve seen 1 star ratings on different pages and I didnt understand why until now. Very rude, one of the employees answered my call the first time and immediately hung up on me. I tried to call again and they sent me to voicemail stating that they were closed when clearly they don’t close until 6:00pm. After I called again and the woman on the phone answered very unprofessionally and ...
rude telling me to call back in an hour and rushed the entire time not even letting me get a word out and then proceeded to hang up on me again. They seem to be understaffed and apparently no one can step away to handle a call. The way that employee handled the call was just plain out wrong and rude. If I could give no stars I would. There’s even many reviews of management wanting rent paid on time but never takes the time to get maintenance to fix things at all. They have a roach and pest problem too!
