DONT BE FOOLED!
May 31, 2023The apartment complex itself is nice. BUT, don’t be fooled. The customer service STINKS! No attention to tenants calls, others use the parking lot and park in spaces assigned and PAID for by tenants. When you call management, they fail to remove or tow the vehicles. You are forced to go and pay for parking even though you pay an exorbitant parking rental fee. The hidden charges they do not explain up front tack on another $800 - $1000 charge to your already expensive rental charge. DON’T ...BE FOOLED!!! GO ELSEWHEREProperty Manager Responded
