December 7, 2024I have been waiting now almost 60 days for a refund of a deposit. The staff in the office has no clue why I’m waiting so long. The manager has sent emails to the management company and they refuse to respond after 2 emails and waiting for. Response for a little over a week and no response. Whatever u do,DO NOT apply here unless u don’t care about waiting long periods of time for a refund.Review from Apartments.com
bad experience
October 22, 2019I recommend anybody to not to live there because of the management.They provide misleading info and try to trick you to pay more money.I lived there for 12 years and tbh first 10 years were not bad and I am a good renter never been late on any payment.The people in office Rebecca and jackie always try to make it look like your fault and they refused my deposit money by saying that this money goes towards making it look new for next people moving in.Most stupidest thing i have ever heard.Do not go ...there to live they always dodge you to charge money.0/10 is my review.No gates,no security,teo time my car got stolen and thats when i finally decide to leave but it was too late for me but not for you guys.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
