Terrible Management - Horrible Conditions

Moved in without water heater or gas in proper working conditions - utility warned us to not stay until up to code. Management did nothing until we yelled to fix. Then the roof leaked and they basically put new dry patch over the hole that was leaking in the bathroom - never fixed it and leaked our whole time in lease. The bathroom drain was never fixed - couldn't use it more than 10 seconds without it backing up and management never fixed it...just said nothing they could do since it was problem ...

throughtout the building - what? We gave up --- do NOT move in!

Within an hour of arriving for move in we had over 5 requests in for maintenance, on a supposedly Newly renovated apartment. As the months have gone by I have dealt with leaks, draining issues, thermostat issues, lock issues, window security issues. They couldn’t turn on the gas because it was not up to code, so no hot water for a week. The coaxial cable for wifi did not exist in the apartment and they refused to install it, so we had to pay out of pocket to gain access to wifi. The maintenance ...

people do not communicate when they will come, and when they do, they don’t show up. They fixed a leaking roof by putting a cheap fix and now the leak goes through the vents instead. They couldn’t even tell me what the correct address is for the apartment. They lost the mail key so I went without a mail for over a month. Save yourself the trouble and rent anywhere else, the people who run this place do not communicate and will leave you screwed many times throughout your lease.
