    Amy is so kind and helpful. The grounds are well maintained and clean. When I have needed a answer to a question they are quick to get back to me. I have recommended Maybeck to a couple different people.

    Avenue 5 management has done a fantastic job! Prior to the change in management over a year ago there was so much to be desired about the complex. To the point my husband and I wanted to move out. Debbie, Uriel and team have done wonders in fixing the issues of the previous company. I would highly recommend this community to my friends and family!

  • Charged me $525 to clean the apartment after I moved out.

    I would advise a lot of caution with giving them a large deposit. They charged me over $500 dollars after I moved out to clean my not that dirty apartment. This is totally ridiculous and I would recommend you not move to this community.

  • Lived here 8 years and am happy

    The main reasons why I stay include it is quiet and I feel safe. The staff (manager and maintenance crew) are helpful and responsive. I like having my own dishwasher and washer and dryer in my apartment. The location is close to shopping and freeway access for a weekend beach getaway. From my apartment there is a nice view of the Willamette Valley. Did I mention that it's quiet and I feel safe? Yes, give this place a chance.

  • Great location

    I love this place and the my neighbors and staff. This place has become home and we've been here 2 years and plan on staying at least another two years. The location is great. Very little crime rate and off the beaten path but close enough for a 4 minute drive to the store. It's about a 30 minute commute to Portland or any where in general.

    HELLO TO EVERY ONE, IT IS WONDERFUL JOURNEY LEAVING IN THIS UNIT COMPLEX. WE HAVE THREE SUPER AMAZING WONDERFUL LADIES WHO ARE MANAGERS AND ASSISTENCE MAINTENACE MENAGERS. THERE ARE WONDERFULL PEOPLE WORKING HARD TO SUCCESSED THEIR JOB IN EVERYDAY LIFE. I AM REALLY BLEESED TO LIVE IN THIS UNITE COMPLEX FULL OF HAPPY FACES, KINDS OF EACH OTHERS.   • Almost perfect

    I love the location, and management and maintenance have been wonderful. The only thing I have to complain about is the lengthy construction we weren't really told about when we first moved in. Apparently it's been going on for a very long time, and they plan to continue for quite some time.
