About McMullen Wood

McMullen Wood is a tax credit community with income qualifications. We currently do not have any apartments available but are accepting applications on Thursday and Friday between the hours of 10am and 4pm for our two, three and four bedrooms. We also offer based of your income housing through the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program for our two and three bedrooms, where rent is based on 30% of tenants gross income, please call for program qualifications.
