August 5, 2015My apartments are very nice for the price we pay. The rent is $900 for a 3 bedroom two bathroom. It is very large in size the only problem is the apartment managers move very slowly.Review from Apartments.com

Great value and honest staff
April 9, 2014For the price, this apartment is a great deal! Very large bedrooms, well kept property, and vaulted ceilings with crown molding! Access to I-20 is nearby however the bumpy Duncanville road can get annoying. I was also very impressed with the office staff. Terri was very reasonable and the maintenance was nearly always responsive.Review from Apartments.com
