I have been here 3 months, and have been very satisfied. Quiet, clean, reasonable rent, good parking, office staff is excellent, no rodents, roaches or any critters, quiet neighbors. Appliances are a little on the older side but function well. Refrigerator, dish washer, stove and garbage disposal are included with rental, and all apartments have a balcony. Service requests for maintenance and handled quickly. I would recommend this place and will definitely be renewing my lease here.

Overpriced for apartments who’s repairs mean painting over mold, rust and holes. The apartments have roach problems and they have a ridiculous limit of one car per lease holder. If you have more then one then you’re forced to register your car every 24 hours on a visitor pass. The office staff doesn’t even know their own lease as I quoted them on how they only state that they can limit time location and manner of parking never amount and they told me to prove it. Do yourself a favor and rent ...
somewhere else if you’re looking for a quality apartment complex and a professional staff.

Completely disappointed in the lack of communication and attempts to resolve problems when it comes to the leasing office employees. They rather beat around the bush than acknowledge and fix their own mistakes.

If you enjoy living, dining, and spending time with roaches meadowbrook is the place to reside. Over the course of my tenure living here i've only seen pest control twice. The infestation is out of this world!!!
