Stay away for your health
March 21, 2023You may be intrigued by the lower price but even at that price is still too high for this place. The pool listed on this website is non-existent. What is in existence is MOLD, trash pilled up and running over, gun shots at random times of the day, and a management that doesn't do anything in a timely manner. I had a few tiles fall of the shower and you could see that the wall behind was black from mold. They just glued in a few new tiles, so guess what any new people who move into this apartment ...will be stuck will the mold as well. My child was sick and found out it because they are allergic to mold. That's when we knew for sure, we had to leave.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

THE WORSE PLACE !!!
September 1, 2019THE ABSOLUTE WORSE !!!! DONT COME HERE !! . This use to be a nice place to live but the NEW owners have ruined it !!!!!!! My ac goes out every 2 days and they never want to fix it . The unit is old and needs a new one and they claim they don’t want to spend money even if it’s needed !!! It’s been over 90 degrees and I’ve been with no ac ! MIND YOU I HAVE 2 babies in the house and they don’t care at all ! They are completely RUDE ANF UNPROFESSIONAL !!! And apart from that ,the parking situation ...is CRAZY!! I’ve been here for 8 years and my car is up to date with everything and they were having my car towed for no reason and when i called to complain the owner didn’t care one bit even if it’s their fault !!! He ended up yelling and hanging up the phone on me and i have to pay out of pocket for something that wasn’t my fault !!! And let me not even get started all the robberies that are happening !!!! It’s a weekly thing ! It’s UNSAFE HERE ! I already started to file a lawsuit against them !!! DONT COME HERE !!!!!!!!!!! They don’t care about the people here !!!! And i might just add that the pictures that are posted are old !!!!!! Looks nothing like that !!!
