This is the worst place ever to stay the heat and a/c unit is made for a hotel room it’s infested with roaches and mold and it takes them 6 months and several try’s to fix one thing. All of the maintenance guys looks as if they are on drugs.

I have been living here going on two years in July. I wouldn't waste your time renting here. I've called on several occasions with no answer, even after leaving a voice message. Even went up after I got off and nobody there but it is during "normal business hours". My daughter has had black mold in her room-all they did was spray bleach. It's still mold in the bathroom that has been bleached and painted over. Also, Now that it is cold me and my daughter had to LEAVE the apartment I pay for to ...
find other shelter for 4 days because it was so cold in the house and we literally were freezing, and now we may have to leave a couple of days this week. Heating and Air system is terrible, and while it has been so cold my electric bill has doubled and the house isn't even slightly warm! I have even been through heaters, it's been so cold the heaters are dying out! Just don't waste your time and/or money, especially if you have small children. From the critter that scratches under my bathroom tub that they claim to have fixed to not even being able to live in the home. It's a nightmare!!

I have grown increasingly disappointed with the quality of the housing, of the maintenance, and of the customer service. I have lived at The Meadows at Edgemont for several years and it just keeps getting worse.

Ive been staying here for about 4 month and it has been the worst 4 months of my life !!! as the other two comments said the bugs and and black mold are terrible !! The leasing office Doesn't care about the tenant at all!! So money driven!!! Im allergic to mold , it causing me to have breakouts and have asthma attacks ! Ive informed the of this and they said that it my fault . I have to spray the mold with bleach daily to keep it from growing !! are you kidding me ? im also allergic to roaches ...
and ive had problem with them before i moved in . I wrote on my walk thru sheet (before i moved furniture in) the day before move in i seen roaches throughout the apartment . This was back in January . I've been calling since for then to come out and treat and they haven't been out at all . And my apartment is freezing cold the maintenance guy said it was because the apartment are old . the heating systems dont heat up the apartment !! So i wanted out of my lease ! and i was told i have to pay one month rent ON TOP ON MY NORMAL RENT !! Which i feel is not lawful because these were problems before i moved in and they are causing me to go back and forth to the hospital but they don't care !! All they are concerned about is money !! i hope they get shut down !! PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE WORST DECISION EVER !!!!!

I had an appointment booked to view an apartment at 2PM. when I arrived at the office a very sweaty looking maintenance guy, told me there was no one in the office until next week and they had no apartments.
This is very upsetting considering I had made the appointment a week earlier and had expressed the fact I was travelling a good ways to come and view the apartments. Then when I got back to the hotel I had to book and check online they still register as having everything available. If ...
this is how they treat POTENTIAL renters I think I dodged a bullet and avaoided a bad experience as an actual renter.
I may just be old fashioned but when you make an appointment, you keep it.

Apartments are not insulated at all!!!! The heating unit is no good it never works!!!! They take months to get to your work order requests. There is a consistent mold infestation. When they do get around to addressing the mold all they do is spray it then scrape it off the walls, just for it to grow back days later. Then finally after complaining for soooo long the last solution is to paint over it...only for it to grow back days later. Ther is no ventilation, so when you cook the walls sweat and ...
