Yes there is things wrong with the apartments. But the infestations are not the fault of the complex. Its the people living here that cause the infestations. A couple months ago the people over us were moving out and as they were throwing the stuff out we had to stand on our patio and spray because roaches were running out of the couches and boxes. They have only a few maintenance guys who generally do their best to get things done. It might not get done right away but it WILL get done. So I ...

I do not even live there. I went today on my search for an apartment. I thought "Hmm the name sounds nice". Well I wasn't even sure that I was at the right place. Well I was. Now the lady in the office was a sweetheart and she was as nice as she could be and almost apologetic about the place. There were weird people milling around everywhere. one was within earshot. Man, I didn't even need to go into an apartment to see one. I got out quick. I really need a place and bad and fast, but I will not live in a place like this. The other apartment complexes in the area immediately surrounding this one are exactly the same way. You could tell that they used to be kind of nice at one point and probably not long ago. Run!!!!!!

Drugs, drugs, and more drugs!!! My sister and I were smoking a cigarette out side she went in to use the restroom and do whatever. Not 5min later the 2police officers came up to me asking if I lived there!!! I told them yes and they told me that the management had called the police saying I don't live there!!! I literally had to show them my keys lock and unlock the door to prove I lived there or I had to leave!!! I had been to the management office many times throughout the year so they know I ...

They tried to up our rent for that and threatened us not to call them again!! It stinks so badly because the trash is everywhere!! When we moved in part of our window didn't have glass!! They never fixed it either. We had to put cardboard over it. You will wake up in the middle of the night to many police cars, helicopter spot lights, police dogs, ect. I'm so happy we moved out!!!

I moved into this 1 bedroom apartment 3 months ago. The apartment it self is clean an well kept. But the complex it self is horrible. There are drug dealers and crackheads all over. They will serve drugs right in front of you to anyone. There's trash all over the grass and foot traffic all night long. Management doesn't do that much to change it either. I literately had a crack move into the breezeway near my door and he lived there for three weeks. He even had a gas grill, bags of clothes, shoes ...

and food stored right there. I couldn't believe it. Even though I have a resident parking sticker my car was towed be cause I was backed into a parking spot. There were no signs posted at all. I shot video of the gate and they did reduce my rent for the amount I had to spend getting it out impound. This place really needs to be cleaned up. As I titled this review it "Under Managed"

Terrible Experience

I just moved in last month but it's been a terrible experience so far. I have had several maintenance requests so far. The team is mostly incompetent and rude but there are a few kind people. The requests are handled quickly but it doesn't actually solve the problem until you call in again later. I also have a bad spider and roach problem. I feel like my apartment was not ready for me to move in but they just wanted to rent it out asap for the money. I am ready for this year to be up already.
