Bad place to live.

Knocked down walls, ripped up pavers, Cockroaches everywhere, broken bricks and trash littered property, poor customer service, inconsistent water temperatures, went 11 days without AC in 2022 and no empathy in any way from office nor rent reimbursement, will tow your vehicle at their own pleasure, only few washers and dryers that work and are clean enough to put your clothes into, and maintenance may not come when you schedule something to get fixed.. can probably add more..

I have been living at Melrose for 9year. It's close to the VA hospital and my doctors appointments it's a great location. I have never had a roach problem. Managment has been great since I've moved here.

I cannot understate how bad this company is. I lived in one of their properties in Phoenix for two years. The utter disregard for the property and their tenets' wellbeing goes beyond negligence. Roaches, broken and hazardous materials left scattered everywhere, improperly installed appliances, gas leaks, etc etc. Every time I had to deal with management, it was a nightmare. The combination of idiocy, laziness, and outright hostility makes it so nothing ever gets done. A neighbor of mine had a ...

broken toilet for several months before anyone from the office even bothered to look at it. When I finally moved out, they arbitrarily charged me $344 in cleaning fees. I lived alone and have OCD. My apartment was f-ing immaculate when I left. But this is how this company functions. They nickle and dime you for eveything you're worth/ Also, not surprised to find out they're not Better Business Bureau accredited. Never rent here and never deal with this company if you can avoid it. I hope they go bankrupt.

Moved in June, within a few weeks the air conditioning was out. Took the property 8 days to finally get it fixed. I’m sure it had to do with the city finally coming. We were told we’d get a discount on the rent (I just wanted to be reimbursed for buying a portable AC). A month later, they’re still saying we’ll get our discount. A few days after, we were told no discount. The power goes out frequently. They recently turned the water off without proper advance notice. Don’t sign a lease with these ...

Massive roach problem!

I currently live here but am moving in about 10 days. When I say my apartment has a roach infestation I am not exaggerating. I have so many pictures. They will spray and fog if you tell them but when it's infested this bad it doesn't work. You can pick your poison, so to speak. You can live with unhealthy roaches or you can live with the regular poison being sprayed to keep them out. Neither are a great option in my opinion. I spoke to a lawyer so FYI if you choose to see for yourself weather or ...

not this is as bad as I say you can legally break your lease. They aren't required to fix the roach problem but you don't have to live in it either.

We have lived here for two years in an unrenovated two bedroom and just upgraded to the renovated 2 bed 2 bath and we LOVE IT! Exceeds all expectations and for the cost, this is a STEAL! Great management, never any loud noise or parties, great little community! We have no plans of leaving because it is awesome!

My lease was not very long but my experience was positive. Following a change in management, many improvements were made and any repairs were fixed in a timely fashion. The staff were all very polite,professional ,and able to address my concerns. Cool area close to light rail and fun restaurants!

I lived there for one year and they had gone thru 5 managers during my stay there, Each manager wanted to make improvements to the property to make it a pleasant place to live BUT the owners fired them they don't want to spend any money JUST take your rent money, there is a leasing manager there which does a great job But they would not give him the job as manager even when he filled in for weeks at a time in between managers, I move out 21 days before my lease expired pay my rent for the month, ...

and left that unit spotless walked them thru the unit and got signed off, It has been 35 days now waiting for my deposit, then get a phone call that out of the 199 dollar deposit I am only getting about 60 dollars back, (the law says 14 days) in the past no one gets it back and they make up excesses why its late and things that are normal wear and tear JUST TO KEEP YOUR MONEY, the units are old and always has problems and no one is on call for emergencies you have to suffer thru the night or weekend
