We loved living here in the beginning. We had to move due to my husbands job relocation and not only did they still require us to pay two months rent to break our lease, but they also charged a bunch of ridiculous and unnecessary fees after our move out inspection. Once we moved out we would call many times with questions and we would get a voicemail or were told they would call back and then wouldn’t receive any calls. The communication is terrible and the fees are ridiculous. For someone who ...
had to move, not chose to move, they were not understanding or accommodating. The gates were never closed and the dumpster was extremely trashy and overflowing. Our apartment was okay but the complex as a whole was not great.

Let my dog out!

This apartment was a fine place to live for almost a year. Nothing special but not terrible. On one of the last few days of us living there, a maintenance person (that we did not put in a request for) let out our dog and she ran away! They waited several hours until they called and told my husband and I which was valuable time lost that we could’ve been looking for our dog. THANKFULLY I made a Facebook post and that is how we found our dog. She had to go to the vet because she sustained some ...
injuries during this time and we had a vet bill of $200. I took the bill to the apartment office and asked them to pay for it and they said yes they would and that they were sorry. They mentioned that they would even throw in a Petsmart gift card or something because of how bad they felt. It’s been several months and they still haven’t paid for it and I’m not holding my breath. Bottom line is I will NEVER recommend this place to a friend and I will never forget the emotional turmoil they put me and my husband through the day they almost lost my dog.

Perfectly charming apartment community

My favorite things about memorial creek are as follows: Location (close to food and shopping) Wooded area (perfect for day dreaming) Fireflies (so happy to see them again!) Built-in Bookshelf (in select apartments only) Beautiful pool (negative is people don't realize that their screaming carries easily into my apartment) Plenty of walking space in and around the community (perfect for exercising with my dog) Great neighbors (I won the lottery the people around me are AWESOME) Free pest control ...
(I really dislike bugs) 24 hour fitness center (for those days where I ingest too much caffeine I would say that I am over-all impressed by living here. The turnpike is close and I hear it very well, but the noise doesn't bother me anymore. My biggest issue revolves around the people who go to the pool after 10 and decide screaming is acceptable. Sadly, some just don't have respect for others.Management is great. I would hate for them to close the pool early due to a feed bad seeds.
