May 27, 2023Issues: no snow shoveling of sidewalks, don’t mow often, no weed trimming, no landscaping unless you do it. Homeless living on property in laundry/ storage area, no amenities, no updates as promised, one man show trying to take care of place and it’s not working. Cops called on tenant for on going fighting , trash overflow from dumpsters -fined by city.Review from Apartments.com

September 9, 2019We moved in 13 yrs. ago and never regretted it. Like any complex, there will be times when something needs fixed or replaced. We've had a few of those, but the landlord takes care of it as soon as possible. The neighbors are all friendly and very nice. They're also very helpful if you need them, as are the owners and all the workers here. We would highly reccommend renting here.Review from Apartments.com
Great Place!
December 4, 2018I've lived here for a little over a year and I've enjoyed it quite a bit! I'm walking distance to everything I need, including my bus that takes me into Cleveland for work everyday. The neighborhood makes me feel safe and secure, the civic center and the high school mere walking distance. It's no Taj Mahal, but the apartment I'm in is in great condition with new carpeting. They just repaired the roof this summer so leaks shouldn't be an issue. The landlord is pretty nice, too. Recommend this ...place!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Are you kidding me.
September 25, 2018It is absolutely unbelievable how uncaring the landlord is! The whole place reeks of black mold and mildew. I had a friend who lives here and I stayed with them for a week before moving back in with my old roommates. I cannot explain how awful this place is, there is so much criminal activity, the ceilings leak, and cars are broken into almost daily. I'm sorry for the children who live here who have to deal with it every night, especially on school nights. Absolutely disgusting.
