HUNDREDS OF COCKROACHES IN OUR UNIT
August 12, 2025Roach issues in multiple buildings!!! I can’t consider myself a tenant since I haven’t been able to stay a single night here due to a severe roach problem. There are many baby and adult roaches, plus eggs, on floors, bathrooms, bedrooms, countertops, appliances, etc. leaving us unable to live here for nearly 2 weeks and causing financial strain. I strongly advise caution due to health and safety concerns before renting here. We’ve spoken with residents in several buildings and everyone we talked ...to has noticed roaches, including the hallways. Based on our conversations this seems to be an ongoing issue… We haven’t moved out yet and the unit is already back on the market.Property Manager Responded

November 30, 2023I’ve recently moved into my 1Br 1Ba apartment and I’ve been extremely pleased with my experience here. From the tour Monica gave me at the end of September, to the application process and everything leading up to my move in date has been outstanding! Shout out to Lynnzey who’s tolerated all my questions and concerns. There were a few minor issues but compared to the last place I was at, they definitely were minor. I’m on the 3rd floor and it’s quiet—which is a relief as my last place wasn’t. I’m ...really thankful to have found Meridian Pointe. The building and grounds are well maintained, I really like the security features of the building entrances as well as the package room, too! Definitely 5 stars!! November 18, 2023I have never dealt with more disrespectful, unprofessional and more distrustful human beings ever in my life compared to Meridian Pointe Management/Staff. You name it and they are at the worst. You try to get hold of them, no one answers or responds including phone calls, messages and emails even when you are clear in requesting a response. The distrustful and unprofessionalism is at its worst. Do not believe any of these 4 or 5 stars. If you want to keep your sanity, find another place to ...live in. The pictures on their website are deceitful and the apartment units are garbage. So called maintenance are incompetent, disrespectful and unprofessional. The apartments are deteriorated. Windows are old, leaking air and drafty. You will pretty much be in cold apartment whole winter. The problems are countless. So your self a favor and Find another place to live in.
