Not Worth the Price
May 11, 2022They claim to be luxury apartments but there is nothing luxury about these. The floors are poorly installed and there are huge gaps in between the boards, there is garbage all over the grounds and stairwells, the garbage team doesn’t take broken down recycling and just let’s it blow all over the hallways. We had a leak from our fridge that caused black mold all over the kitchen and there was no sense of urgency to fix it. People smoke weed from the balconies at all times of the day and night. ...They no longer provide screens for the balcony doors so you can’t open your door without bugs coming in.
