Awful complex with awful management.

Living here is awful. Do not move here. Management is horrible and unresponsive, the apartments are very bad quality, and the laundry machines are the worst. Also the fire alarms are always going off, the wifi is always going out, and the hot water is always out. Another problem here is the cleanliness. The trash areas are always dirty, they never clean the common areas, and there is always a weird smell somewhere around the building. Trust me when I say there are many other better complexes out ...

there to move to and out of all my years in Gainesville. I've never had problems like these in any other apartment complexes.

ridiculous parking policy!

I recently stayed at this apartment and was extremely disappointed with their parking policy. Although I only used the parking space for a few months while I lent my friend's car, I was required to pay until the lease ended. This is an unreasonable and unfair fee that was not disclosed to me when I signed the lease. It's disappointing to have to pay for services I didn't even use. While the apartment itself was satisfactory, I cannot recommend this complex due to their unfair parking policy!!!

Office Insult When Resident Car Was Towed

Office insulted me, saying "I am not special" when my car was towed even though I have a resident decal, which is $150/month. Car towing fee was $400+. There WAS NOT even a sign indicating the whole floor was recently allocated to a church. They acted so justified in their insult of me saying "they notified residents via an email." The email was sent the day before enacting the new regulation preventing residents from parking on the entire second floor. Also expected residents to have time to ...

read emails. When I explained the busy schedule of a student, the office replied, "that is your problem."

ownership is extremely cheap, and try to take every single dime form your wallet. you have to pay $150 a month for parking which is okay, but if you want to have a guest over parking is not free at all for them. if your guest wants to spend the night they have to pay $25 a night as well now. the best part about all this is that this is no where documented in anyone’s leases. they have violated my lease multiple times now but this was the one that broke the camels back. stay away!!
