This facility is wonderful. I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes in Wichita, and this one has by far the best staff. They are unobtrusive, but ready to help if you should need them. The helpful staff, the kind neighbors, and the close location to downtown are what I love about this place. But the coziness of the studio loft apartment, I loved, too!

This property is so unique. My floor plan is a Studio loft but more like a 1 bedroom because the loft are as is used as my bedroom! Quiet atmosphere. Close to downtown as and the pretty riverside area. Office manager staff are amazing and very caring to make sure you are taken care of. Maintenance fixes any issues fast and correctly. Definitely recommend this place!

I lived at MTP for 2 years, and this is a wonderful property! It has unique floor plans ranging from studios to 1 bedroom lofts! They even have studio lofts and Jr 1 bedroom lofts! We lived in a 1 bedroom plus loft that came with washer and dryer connections and lots of closet space! I absolutely adored the office and maintenance staff. They were always so kind and willing to help in anyway they could. The few times I had to put in a service request, maintenance was always quick to respond and ...
the issue was done and fixed the same day! They also have emergency 24 hour maintenance! The only reason we left is because me and my husband had a set of twins and needed more space so we bought our first home, but I definitely recommend this property to anyone who likes a unique and different property with amazing staff!

This community is amazing! Great staff, great maintenance and you can tell the apartments have been updated! All the building stay locked and have intercoms so people can just walk into the building like most apartments. They are also very strict on the application policy so you don't have to worry about your neighbors being creeps! All of ours are amazing! When I was looking for a place I did see some older "bad" reviews w crazy stuff in them and I am pretty sure those people were evicted. My ...

There is all ages at these apartments in all stages of life. There is young people, young families, older families, and mid age. Pet friendly with a side lot where everyone walks their dog. The location is 5 mins from Wichita Old Town/Down Town and 5 mins away from Riverside which is beautiful(Frisbee Gulf Course, Parks, Coffee shop, etc.) The safety is good. Have security, your apartment entrance as a key and then your actual apartment has another key. There is a intercom system where you can ...

Cons- .. Because every apartment has one or two.
Nearest Dillons or Walmart is a good 10 mins away, but there is a family dollar down the street.
