My apartment is located in the heart of the city of North Miami Beach one of the best city in Florida. It is a nice apartment but it needs improvements in terms of cleanliness.

Carmel apartments a nice quite area. Within the apartments you have your own washer/dryer, length of apartment patio, and a open kitchen. With the apartment you have your own parking spot and tons of space for guest parking. To me in miami that's a steal. The community is pet and kids friendly, it's also gated with patrolled Security. Schools surrounding the area and 3-5 mins from I-95. The only downfall will be traffic located in Ives dairy. Around the corner is a 24 hour Winne-Dixie and planet ...
fitness. The main attraction is Aventura mall witch is 10 mins away. The beach is 10-15 mins away as well. Great location in the middle of miami.

I have been at Carmel for 3 years and our new property manager is AWESOME. She has planned out and done more things in the last year than any other Property Mangagers EVER!!!she has single handed bought residents together and SHE is available whenever we need her. Even if it's after hours. I've seen her chance residents from other communities that use our puppy bags with 5 inch heels on. This is the last place I'll ever rent. If I leave it will be to buy a row home or condo. I live my new ...
