About Miller Street Apartments
Miller Street Apartments is located on a side street off of Furnace Brook Parkway with great access to the highway, featuring a surface parking area abutting the building. If you don't have a car, a brisk walk from the building to the Quincy Center T station it would take somewhere around 20 minutes (also, bus line route #215 stop one block away of the building on Copeland). The building itself has security locks on the main entry door, an intercom system, laundromat quality Speed Queen coin operated washers and dryers downstairs and a parking lot offering off street parking. Some well-behaved pets are negotiable, however, any dangerous breeds of dogs are forbidden. If you would like more information on the apartment, please make sure to include a current phone number and a good time to contact you. As a prospective tenant, please be prepared to talk briefly about your employment status, income and your credit score, your ideal move date and the number of family members included in a household. I will discuss the apartment only with the person who would be applying for the apartment, and I will not respond to any emails without a phone number (it just is not time efficient to send back and forth emails when a quick conversation can resolve all issues/questions). Thank you.

September 5, 2019Do not rent from This apartment Building the landlord is very unfriendly looks can be deceiving. They are very picky about parking. It is Infested with mice. The building offers nothing no gym no outdoor space.No common area for the tenets to mingle With each other. O and did I mention the landlord as a troublemaker do not rent from this place.Property Manager Responded
May 11, 2020Unfortunately, When we have to evict tenants for not behaving properly inside of our communities they use this forum to retaliate. I can assure you that Miller Street Apartments is a top-notch apartment community with none of the issues mentioned in this past disgruntled tenant's review. Come check out our apartments for yourself, they are clean, comfortable, and are an excellent value.
