June 16, 2025The management of this property never ceases to amazement me. This is truly the most well maintained apartment complex I know of. Rarely does a day pass that I don't see the maintenance crew or some outside contractor working on something. Just recently I witnessed the outside of the buildings being power washed and the dumpster outside for residents to dump bulk trash (I especially love this because I always find small treasures other residents throw away). It's really nice that this service is ...offered at no additional cost to residents as having bulk trash hauled away can be expensive. In addition, we receive emails weekly about scheduled maintenance of some kind(elevator cleaning, floor cleaning, alarm testing, filter changes etc). When I'm out walking around the complex, everywhere I turn I see the beauty of a well maintained property. I love living here and feel proud to invite guest here. June 12, 2025My living experience for nearly three years has been simply outstanding. The property is well maintained with care by the direction of management. Each aspect of the property from the fitness center, the pool to the individual units are continuously maintained to a five star level. When a issue is presented to management, as I have experienced recently with a malfunctioning elevator, it was immediately addressed and the entire community was made aware of the corrective action taken by ...management to resolve the problem. April 24, 2025Services at Millstone are very good. Sometimes the dog poop is a bit much, but outside of that, the neighborhood is safe and the property is very well maintained.Property Manager Responded
