Management is the worst
May 23, 2025Any issues will take ages to get resolved if they do. Loud the walls are thin from midnight to early am constant noises. If you value sleep I’d think twice. WiFi is always down you have to use the line they provide.Review from Apartments.com

October 13, 2023I’ve been living here for over 4 years. It’s quiet and comfortable. Was told a fitness center would be here August 2019. Never got that. The high rent could be justified with a fitness center.Review from Apartments.com

September 12, 2023The property just got a new management, so far it looks like they have their foot on their ground. They actually are more understandable and treat the residents more like people than paychecks. August 10, 2023Living at Solis has been great, the complex is very bright and homey and the grounds are beautiful. The apartment itself is a great size for the price, especially the kitchen! July 31, 2023One thing I like about this area so far is that it’s much quieter than I expected. People are not too friendly, but that’s understandable this day and age but that doesn’t really bother me. Any pets are controlled and cleaned up behind them. Daily grounds are seem to be taken care of once a week, the only question I have is not really sure when the trash is going to be picked up from day today. Sometimes they show up sometimes they don’t sometimes I don’t even come by so I have just got in the ...habit of taking it to the dumpster myself. Overall, I give you a five, keep it up folks ,curious to see what this new management group is going to bring with them. oh yeah, let’s see what we can do about lowering the rent extremely high I believe lol everybody have a great day.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 22, 2023Great, quiet apartment complex in South Tampa! Upgraded to a bigger unit for year two & we love it! Best maintenance team I’ve ever encountered. Leasing office team is professional and courteous. The grounds are impeccably clean, and the wide variety of plants and trees are abated for regularly. Spacious property, so we’re not all crammed in here! Nice pool area & grill. The only downside is there’s no fitness facility. There’s a good, affordable city gym one mile down the road though, so it’s ...all good!Property Manager Responded
