Overall great community to live in. Maintenance staff is very quick and resolves problems quickly. Amenities are great. Rent prices are a bit high though.

The building and units are nice and the overall environment is good. However the added fees (including automatic sign ups to unnecessary services such as RentPlus and overpriced renters insurance that require the renter to spend time unsubscribing) add up and really impact the overall renting cost and experience

Modera 44 community is definitely a place where I can call home. It truly embodies a homey and comfortable atmosphere. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by warm, inviting decor and soft lighting that made the space feel cozy. Modera 44 is great! The amenities are awesome and always kept clean and accessible. The maintenance team is responsive and effective and there are a bunch of other perks including accessible location, on site garage parking, happy to deliver package delivery, trash and recycling removal from your door, and others that make living here a very enjoyable place to be.

Overall I am happy to live here. However, there are NO community events. The elevator in Modera 44 has been broken for a month and no one has reached out to update us on what is going on; and there is NO work being done on it.
