Really love living here. The sound insulation from neighbors is awesome, and the hallways and community areas are always very clean. Terrye and Jessica are very responsive, and all of our maintenance requests are addressed very promptly.

It's very, very loud here. The train is literally outside the windows, so that's to be expected, however, it is jarring how loud it is sometimes. Other than that, it's a very great place to live.The neighbors are all friendly. Everyone is quiet, the place is well kept, and it's a good community with somewhat decent amenities.

Everyone here is super nice. The noise from the Amtrak train is the only real inconvenience but the view from the roof and secure parking is really what does it for me. The staff are helpful too.

I’m very happy living at Modera Jack London! ?? The location is fantastic – everything I need is within walking distance: the waterfront, cafes, shops, and public transportation. The rent is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the apartments and the level of service. The entire leasing team are fantastic. Both women are kind and very helpful when it comes to whatever I need. Out of all the apartments I toured (well over 10) , they were the most personable and made me comfortable living here.

Easy move in process. Great staff, helped the whole way. Excellent maintenance crew, quick to respond. Convenient, scenic location, many options for drinks and dining, public transportation. Bicycle storage and gym are key reasons I moved here. Comfortable living space, modern appliances, deep bathtub, full size washer and dryer, air conditioning, secure easy access for me and visitors. Love it!
