Takes forever to fix the elevator. There is no explanation to why it takes so long to fix it and no updates on the progress. We have no idea when the elevator will be fix. The apartment is pretty good tho.

The management team continues to do an excellent job. Manager Kim is outstanding she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the apartment community runs smoothly and is always very welcoming. Overall it remains an excellent community. It’s a great place to live, with an excellent location and beautiful views.

I like it for the most part. The maintenance could be better though, both in terms of speed and quality. I would most likely renew my lease depending on the rent price hike

The amenities are one of the best in the area. All the appliances in the apartment are new and this is probably the only apartment which offers a gas stove.

I’ve been here for 10 months and love it. It’s quiet, clean, and offers a great location. Close to everything needed. The club room and the view from the rooftop is lovely. Amenities are highly appreciated. Maintenance on point, helped promptly with anything needed. Management helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Community is good but parking is a big problem . Majority of $165 spots are compact, no visitor parking spots, people who comes to Lumi or other nearby spots parks inside Modera's resident parking spots
