This place is new. I think maybe four years old. It’s 30 minutes to the city and an express stop, you are 1/4 of a block away from the train station. It’s great it’s clean. There’s always someone cleaning the hallway they come and take your trash from your doorway. They deliver packages to your doorway. Never miss a package again. People are so friendly here and the staff is great. They can’t do enough to accommodate your needs.

I don’t even know where to start. First is my AC unit in my apartment was down for almost a week. I was given a portable AC unit to run in my apartment in the middle of a heat wave. My electric bill skyrocketed that month with no type compensation towards my bill. Then my AC unit went out again a week after it was supposedly fixed. This time it was out for almost 2 weeks. Waited to have a repair then was told they needed to order a part l and it would be here the following week, two weeks went ...
by before they came to fix my AC unit. Let’s not begin to talk about the parking nightmare here. Why do residents have to pay for parking when clearly anybody can park here is beyond me. Modera is a clean place at all times, smells good when you enter, and all the staff is lovely. Highly recommend. The only complaint i would have is dog owners to clean up after your dog when there's an accident specially in the elevators!!!!!

It is a nice place to live. Dog-friendly too. The gym is well-equipped and clean. It’s a convenient location to train station and restaurants. The staff at the leasing office are very professional and friendly. This place is highly recommended to those who are looking for a luxurious apartments near the train station.

The community is great. Inside my apartment is great. But the hallways stinks. I’m always finding dog droppings in the stairs. Also it’s going on day two with no water. I can’t shower for work, use the bathroom, or get my son ready for school. Management is doing nothing to help, it’s like they take a “o well” approach.

My experience as a resident has been great overall. The building is peaceful, well-maintained, and my apartment is modern with all the amenities I need right at my fingertips. I especially appreciate the convenience—it’s the kind of place where I don’t have to leave the building for much, which is perfect after a long day at work. It’s comfortable, and I can truly see where my money is going. The only drawbacks are related to guest access and a few community habits. There’s no guest parking on ...
the premises, which makes visits a bit inconvenient. Occasionally, some dog owners don’t clean up after their pets, and trash left in hallways for pickup can create an untidy appearance. While carpets were replaced to help address pet-related issues, stricter enforcement of garbage disposal rules would make a big difference. I do not recommend living here. Over the past eight months, the fire alarm system has gone off at least 11 or 12 times, often during the night or early morning. Despite attempts to address this, including daytime testing, the problem remains unresolved. Communication from management has been minimal, with updates provided only about 25% of the time. Other tenants frequently allow their dogs to urinate and defecate in the hallways, as well as not picking up after their pets outdoors. Package ...
theft is also a recurring issue. To be clear, the on-site leasing office staff have been helpful and professional. However, their ability to take action is limited, as many of these problems stem from decisions (or inaction) at the broader management company level. Unfortunately, the company has not taken meaningful steps to improve these conditions. Overall, living here has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
