    Love it here. A little pricey but worth it All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Neighbors are great too. Amenities are nice. I would definitely recommend to others. The area is convenient for walking. Lots of space

    I needed a couple of things fixed in my apartment so I called and made a request and the same day they came in and fix it with no problems. The staff is very nice, helpful and they always make you feel welcome no matter what kind of a day they are having. Nice t be here

    This building has constant fire drills, repeated water shut offs, grill time is shut off too early, rent too high and it doesnt truly represent community as marketed.

    This place is new. I think maybe four years old. It’s 30 minutes to the city and an express stop, you are 1/4 of a block away from the train station. It’s great it’s clean. There’s always someone cleaning the hallway they come and take your trash from your doorway. They deliver packages to your doorway. Never miss a package again. People are so friendly here and the staff is great. They can’t do enough to accommodate your needs.

    I don’t even know where to start. First is my AC unit in my apartment was down for almost a week. I was given a portable AC unit to run in my apartment in the middle of a heat wave. My electric bill skyrocketed that month with no type compensation towards my bill. Then my AC unit went out again a week after it was supposedly fixed. This time it was out for almost 2 weeks. Waited to have a repair then was told they needed to order a part l and it would be here the following week, two weeks went ...
    by before they came to fix my AC unit. Let’s not begin to talk about the parking nightmare here. Why do residents have to pay for parking when clearly anybody can park here is beyond me. There is no type of regulations in place for people who don’t pay for parking. It’s just seems to be getting worse. Appears the staff doesn’t live here so they don’t care

    Modera is a clean place at all times, smells good when you enter, and all the staff is lovely. Highly recommend. The only complaint i would have is dog owners to clean up after your dog when there's an accident specially in the elevators!!!!!

    It is a nice place to live. Dog-friendly too. The gym is well-equipped and clean. It’s a convenient location to train station and restaurants. The staff at the leasing office are very professional and friendly. This place is highly recommended to those who are looking for a luxurious apartments near the train station.
