On the outside, this complex looks great but there is a lot of things that are deceiving. For one, there is no security guard & there is often homeless people and strangers finding their way in through garage or by the pool (management has not taken action here even after someone was robbed at gunpoint in the parking garage) Also - the dog run wreaks and is not cleaned sufficiently. Elevators go out almost every week. The units themselves are OK, but for the price & headline of this being “luxury ...

living” I would not agree.

Building is very unsafe! Cut corners during construction. Whole building shakes when anyone drives by on Lankershim (and I'm on the top floor!) Gang shooting in front of the building very recently. Elevator is out EVERY WEEK! Manager is the most inept person ever! Dogs pee in the lobby and elevator all the time! Don't be deceived by the looks! This place is crap and in a horrible neighborhood. Retail spaces below haven't been rented or even completed in over a year, bc no business will go into ...

This building is just okay. It looks good - but the finishes are cheap, the power goes out at least once every few months, elevators go out of service at least once a week, and the walls are paper thin. It does the job, but definitely has a lot of flaws.
