NOONE to clean up the building

A former tenant who use to clean up recently moved NOw it's trash all over the building, beer cans lying around and the floors are nasty and filthy. The homeless people in the neighborhood normally hang out at the front door then come inside and find a spot to sleep at. You can often find non tenants in the parking lot smoking Crack getting high and sleeping in their cars. Quite often tenants will throw their trash out their windows to avoid taking their trash to the dumpster. Over a year ago ...
management made the parking lot secure one week had some tenants pay for gate openers then a few days later the gate remained open still til this day.

Low quality apartment

The showing was very unprofessional, no one was there to show me the place I had to figure everything out on my own, when I arrived no one answered the phone, the apartment I viewed the door was unlocked but when I walked in it smelled very bad , it was unfinished, and dirty. Very low quality apartment. I wouldn’t move in here.

We are very sorry about your poor experience and you seeing a unit that was not rent ready. We do maintain a high occupancy rate which has its downside of having to show units sometimes hours after someone moved out. That is not how the unit would be when you moved in. We have professional cleaners, painters, and maintenance flip every unit before a new tenant moves in. I am sorry that the schedule only allowed you to see a unit that was not rent ready. We do ask that people call ahead as we do not have a leasing agent on site since this is one of our smaller properties. We did have someone there within minutes but I am truly sorry for the delay. We wish you the best in your search.

We are so sorry for your showing experience! We are almost always full so we had to show you a unit in the midst of being turned (the previous tenant had just moved out the day before). Please know we would never rent a unit that way but seeing that you really wanted to see a unit we did our best to allow that to happen. Between every turn we do a deep clean, repair any damage, etc. If you are ever in the market again we hope you give us another shot! Thank you.
