I like to live there, but these problems are popping up like homeless people walking around late at night, people breaking into vehicles, do we even have security there.? If so, how often do they check around, once in the in the night.? As far as I know I don't see any security around in the evening or late at night. It needs to be solve.

The management is terrible, to get my bathroom fix, more than 2 years, to get my air-conditioned fix I m still waiting after 3 years, the office people always have a bad attitude.

I will not recommend this apartment complex to live in first. It’s not safe we have a lot of crime. Second, the office management is terrible.

Mont 44 is a big improvement over several other places I've lived in Abq.While there are some minor maintenance issues I have, overall the property/my unit are well looked after.And the neighbors are pretty chill, laid back folks.

They don't know how to be in contact with their tenants, and yet we pay so much money for rent. They want the rent to be paid on time but on their end, No communications. We had some problems with Maintenance on call.
