Moontower Phoenix is profession and organized. They work with tenants instead of making them swim upstream. Everything is great here. The amenities and pool, yoga is great. I have met new friends with their social hours. Coffee downstairs what more could I ask for.

I’ve lived in this apartment building for some time now, and I have to say, it has some undeniable charm. The units themselves are absolutely stunning—beautifully designed with great fixtures and a modern aesthetic that feels both upscale and inviting. The location is another huge perk; it’s incredibly walkable, with amazing views that never get old. The amenities, when fully functional, are definitely a highlight. The shared spaces are thoughtfully planned, and they add a lot to the overall ...
living experience. That being said, maintenance has started to slip, which has impacted the overall vibe of the building. There’s been an increase in unaddressed issues, like spots and unpleasant odors in shared areas that weren’t an issue before. The bigger frustrations come from some essential features of the building. The front door doesn’t lock, which is a definite security concern. The hot tub seems to be perpetually out of order, and the parking garage door operates on a “maybe, maybe not” basis. All in all, the building still has so much potential and appeal, but addressing these maintenance and security issues would make it feel like the luxury experience it once was.
