Poor tenant relation skills
December 25, 2021My worst rental experience to date. Property management is old school i.e. they run the show and tenants are to be seen and not heard. In 2021, they initiated hvac replacement in units. They gave little notice to when it would start and then lied about the length of time tenants would be displaced from sections of their apartments (2 weeks became 2+ months.) For the cost of rent, you can find better value (and fewer headaches) elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com

May 20, 2013I really enjoy the highland area, a very busy, but still quiet area to live in. This apartment has just about anything youd need, and is a very well kept and clean property. for the price you pay, you'd be pressed to find a better 2 br apartment in the area.Review from Apartments.com
Peaceful and relaxing
August 29, 2013I lived here with my roommate for 2 years from 2007 to 2009. Everything possible happened in my life, yet I always had a nice and peaceful apartment to go back to at the end of the day. Nobody ever disturbed my sleep! Everything worked as it should.
