The amenities are great, and it is a very family friendly community in a great area of Littleton! We have 2 kids at an LPS school which is another major reason we have stayed at Mountain Gate. The leasing office has been super helpful, and maintenance makes sure things are taken care of if something breaks! Overall, it's a great place to live!

        I have lived here for 2 years and do not have any plans of leaving any time soon. The location is perfect, management is very communicative, maintenance is so fast (if you ever even need them)! I got my AC system replaced in 3 days and a new dryer the next business day. The grounds are very clean as well! My dogs love it here and so do I!

        We have been at Mountain Gate for 3 years and counting. I cant say enough good things. They continuously are doing improvements to the property inside and out giving it a true luxurious feel. The grounds are well kept and dog friendly. The pool and gym amenities are the best kept I have ever seen from an apartment complex (or anywhere). The staff knows the people in their community personally and seem to genuinely care about the tenants. This is a great safe community with tons of outdoor activities near by as well.         Nice apartments for reasonable prices are so hard to come by in this day and age, especially in Colorado! Mountain Gate Apartments have a warm, homey feel in a really safe neighborhood!         I love the location and the price is fair. I cannot wait to move out of this place. It takes WEEKS to get anything done. I was out of a washer in my unit for 2 weeks. Leasing office told me 10 different things, never called when they said they would. Had to explain what was going on with my washer to SEVERAL different staff members. No maintenance staff would show up after being told they would be there on a certain day. I would call back to see why the maintenance staff still wasn't there ...
        and leasing office would have no clue what I was talking about. I was told that they only accepted cashier's checks now. No notice was given that rent paying policies had changed. 3 months of having to make special trip to bank and last month I went in to pay rent and 4 people walked in and paid with personal checks!! I cannot wait to leave here

        I enjoy working and talking with management and any issues that ever occurred maintenance is right on it and I've been here going on 10 years and always enjoyed my apartment.
