Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

LOVE IT HERE!
February 26, 2025The people in the office are super nice and always ready to help. From the first time I asked about moving in, they were friendly and answered all my questions. Every time I’ve gone in or called since I moved, they’ve been really polite and made sure I’m happy with everything. They always smile and make me feel special. When something goes wrong in my apartment, Rick on it right away! He comes super fast, fixes everything, and always make sure it’s all good before he leaves. Wonderful place to call home

The amenities are great, and it is a very family friendly community in a great area of Littleton! We have 2 kids at an LPS school which is another major reason we have stayed at Mountain Gate. Perfect Home!
September 20, 2024I have lived here for 2 years and do not have any plans of leaving any time soon. The location is perfect, management is very communicative, maintenance is so fast (if you ever even need them)! I got my AC system replaced in 3 days and a new dryer the next business day. AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE
September 12, 2024We have been at Mountain Gate for 3 years and counting. I cant say enough good things. They continuously are doing improvements to the property inside and out giving it a true luxurious feel. The grounds are well kept and dog friendly. The pool and gym amenities are the best kept I have ever seen from an apartment complex (or anywhere). Everything is convenient from the online portal, to mail, and the amazon drop box. If you ever have issues the office is prompt and the maintenance staff are all ...very helpful, quick to respond, and friendly. I probably distract them form their work with too much chatting. The staff knows the people in their community personally and seem to genuinely care about the tenants. This is a great safe community with tons of outdoor activities near by as well. I would like to give a persona shout out to Makayla and Tasha for everything they do for us and being part of the community always! I don't always get to go, but the events from food trucks, ice cream parties, and even dance parties are always a blast! Thank you team for making it a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

July 3, 2024Nice apartments for reasonable prices are so hard to come by in this day and age, especially in Colorado! Mountain Gate Apartments have a warm, homey feel in a really safe neighborhood! The units are very nice and the management is always working to make improvements to the property (recent examples are updating staircases, adding bike racks, roofing, etc.) so things are always in great shape! March 16, 2022I love the location and the price is fair. I cannot wait to move out of this place. It takes WEEKS to get anything done. I was out of a washer in my unit for 2 weeks. Leasing office told me 10 different things, never called when they said they would. Had to explain what was going on with my washer to SEVERAL different staff members. No maintenance staff would show up after being told they would be there on a certain day. I would call back to see why the maintenance staff still wasn't there ...and leasing office would have no clue what I was talking about. I was told that they only accepted cashier's checks now. No notice was given that rent paying policies had changed. 3 months of having to make special trip to bank and last month I went in to pay rent and 4 people walked in and paid with personal checks!!
