July 22, 2025A strongly alright apartment complex. The maintenance is prompt and the folks at the front office are always nice. However, it is a bit expensive and the extra fees total to be at least $100 on top of your rent every month. Also, the amenities are lacking. The pool is often closed and while the gym is always open it's usually out of paper towels and the equipment is in various stages of disrepair. The parking is also MISERABLE because there are so many carports that no one pays for. That said, ...it's a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the most mediocre Smith's in Albuquerque, a nice liquor store, cute book shop, and a great brunch spot.Property Manager Responded

June 8, 2025So far, I've had a pleasant experience at Mountain Run. Had some pretty major hiccups at move in around electrical issues that prevented me from living in the apt for the first few days while they figured it out. But everyone was very attentive to getting it fixed asap and compensated me fairly for the time I wasn't able to stay there. Also the grounds and pool are lovely ??.Property Manager Responded
