December 8, 2025Long-Term Resident Review – 2026 I have been living at Mountain Run Apartments since 2017, and it has been a wonderful place to live. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the people are very friendly, which truly makes it feel like home. Management and maintenance are generally responsive and helpful, which I appreciate as a long-term resident. One area that needs improvement is the gym. I have requested upgrades many times, but the equipment is very old, much of it does not work, and ...the weights are very limited. The gym would benefit greatly from repairs, replacements, and additional equipment. In addition, my apartment is quite old and requires regular upkeep. Every year, multiple items need maintenance or replacement in order to continue living comfortably in the same unit. More consistent yearly maintenance and updates would be very helpful for long-term residents. Overall, I enjoy living here and hope rent can be kept reasonable or lowered in the future.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

November 30, 2025The ladies in the office were very helpful, fast, and went out of there way to make the process go through getting into my new apartment. I am extremely over joyed with my apartment. October 22, 2025This community says that smoking is prohibited but I have raised my concerns about the mass amount of cigarette butts outside my window and on my patio, that are thrown from the upstairs apartment. Yet nothing has come from this. I hate that I am a non smoker and yet everything in my home smells like cigarettes. It’s absolutely disgustingReview from Apartments.com

October 22, 2025The area is amazing, and never had any issues in this location. My neighbors are quiet as well, very pleasant to live around because there are never any issues. However it is frustrating some of the fees agreed upon in a lease, when there are leaking sprinklers throughout the parking lot every week that makes me question where the fees are going, “community water”. They say smoking marijuana is prohibited, but I smell it near my building everyday. A pot hole was filled a few months ago in the ...driveway to leave the apartment complex, but it’s already there again and hasn’t been addressed. Never use the gym because equipment is old and difficult to use other than 1 new treadmill with the other out of order. Summers are impossible to work out in there due to no airflow & feels like a sauna. I have also never been inside of or used the clubhouse because it is only open til 5pm so you have to be unemployed to even use that. October 15, 2025overall a good experience, however we have had a mouse problem and nothing has been done except one pest control visit. i wish more could be done also we had gotten two red flags from NM gas company and the maintenance guys brushed it off the first time, they seem to fix it the second time other then that they do a good job when we need them.Review from Apartments.com

October 7, 2025Staff is helpful and place is always clean, sometimes need to poke about paper towels in the gym but not a big issue. The events are ok and office is nice but wish it had an official coffee bar, maybe an automatic latte machine or free snacks via a vending machine and a code per apartment to limit per 24 hours?
