January 2, 2026I love my building at 465! Everyone is friendly and more than willing to help. I do wish trash weren't left outside the dumpsters and some people don't always clean up after their dogs, but mostly, it's all right. Why does the laundry room smell like weed? December 25, 2025So far so good. I love living here so far. My apartment is in good shape, there's peace and quiet I can barely hear my neighboors, the leasing staff were so nice and they gave me a welcome gift with basic necessities which was so thoughtful. April 3, 2025My experience with Mountain Vista has been good. When there are issues, the leasing manager, maintenance crew, etc has been accommodating. There’s always a friendly smile from the leasing office staff when I walk in. For the area, this apartment complex is worth it.
