April 3, 2025My experience with Mountain Vista has been good. When there are issues, the leasing manager, maintenance crew, etc has been accommodating. There’s always a friendly smile from the leasing office staff when I walk in. For the area, this apartment complex is worth it. March 29, 2025I moved in at the end of November with high hopes, but have since been a bit disappointed. The community itself is okay, fairly quiet and people seem to keep to themselves. The process of moving in was quick and easy, but the unit I moved into was quite dirty. Cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were stained from previous tenants and it doesn’t appear that the apartment was thoroughly cleaned prior to move in. There was dirt and dust everywhere, including on the ceiling. The fridge had some kind ...of goo left in the door and is missing parts. The bathroom had black spots all over the tub and under the cabinet that I have unsuccessfully tried to remove, and there was also an ant problem. I pay for pest control but have yet to see any of that taken care of as well. I do, however, enjoy the set up of the apartment itself. It’s a good size, and has some enjoyable amenities. March 26, 2025The community is average some people are kind others not so much. Some of the people are pleasant and are nice to talk to and communicate with. Some others such as a few are very aggressive and unpleasant and live in their own world with no regard for others. Other than that, it's an average community.Property Manager Responded
