Save your time and money with this new management team
August 27, 2020Used to be such a great community but now with new management they care for no one but themselves. Amenities still not open from COVID but no discounts, no more late fees dropped and no compensation of any kind. My shower hasn't worked in 6 months and was told it isn't an emergency since I have 2. They told me it is because the outside pipes are bad and many other apartments have the same issue but it isn't in their budget to fix. Also instead of a normal 5 day grace period on rent it is 3 ...days and they charge you 10% late fee. Not worth the hassle or the money to rent here!!Property Manager Responded

Perfect in every way
August 14, 2015From the stainless steel appliances to the granite counter top, this apartment has it all and at a very reasonable price. 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms completes this apartment which adds a balcony for outdoor space. There is always parking and the security is the best I've seen. I have renewed my lease because I love it so much!Review from Apartments.com
