We lived 7 months at Natura Villas. I’m writing this review so you can make an informed decision. Here are the concerns we experienced: Our water bill was $200, we paid more in a 2 bedroom apartment than we ever did in our house. At our 1600 square foot house with irrigation system never exceeded $120. It’s interesting that they include the water bill as opposed to you paying the water company directly. We brought up this concern to staff and informed them that the water company told us and gave ...
us written documentation that the water meter was not working properly. We informed the staff and they continuously denied any problems with the meter. All they could supposedly do is give us a gift card for $75, after months of being over-charged, truly unbelievable. At the end of our lease, we cleaned the apartment and made sure everything was in order. To our surprise, they require tenants to professionally wash the carpet or you will be charged if you don’t, it has to be a company, you can’t wash it on your own. If you are interested in being a gated community, the exit gates were always broken and were never repaired. They finally decided to keep the exit gates closed and have tenants used the entrance gate (main gates) as exits as well. The garbage areas were always unclean and trash was always everywhere. My impressions of these apartments are that the staff and/or owner, are trying to cut corners and you will experience unexpected costs. My recommendation is that you find another apartment complex. We have rented before at other locations and never had issues. Please don’t waste your time renting here, you will have unexpected costs.

I tried looking you up in the system but could not locate as a resident so I am unable to reach out to you directly. We're sorry to hear of the high bill experienced. On average our community w/s/t bill is $60.21 per month for the past year however, the cost does also fluctuate depending on an individuals usage. At times specific events such as a running toilet may increase the individual bills as our apartments are individually metered., this is why we encourage all residents to submit a work order if they notice a leak in the apartment. Please Believe the reviews! Don’t move here! They’re liars I payed to hold an apartment early so I wouldn’t be searching last minute since I’m pregnant and while I was out of state they called and told me the tenant didn’t want to move so they gave me 2 other options I didn’t like so I said I would come in when I got back but they confirmed over the phone that If I decided not to proceed they would give me my money back. thank god I have an app that automatically records conversations. wanted my place secure I found another location while on my trip. I came in Monday and they just decided to tell me the apartment is still available again the tenant decided to move so now I’m confused but I told them yesterday I didn’t want to proceed because it was already too late! Now they say they told me I could still have that location and I can’t have my money back! Save your money people if they are that complicated now I can only imagine what’s down the line glad I didn’t sign anything yet.

When apartment homes are pre-leased, the success of that transition is based on the cooperation of the exiting tenant and their adherence to the agreed upon move out date. In your particular case, the current resident asked if they'd be able to continue their residency in the unit of interest. We in the office reached out to you to offer a secondary unit option to possibly consider moving into, but at no point was it an expectation and we continued to hold the original unit for you. The 2 options offered were to choose a new unit or keep the original, but unfortunately you chose neither. We are very sorry to hear that you have chosen a different location. Per the welcome home letter, upon approval and once a unit is held off of the market for more than 24 hours, the administration fee becomes non-refundable. Again, I do apologize for ...

The apartments are spacious and the amenities are well maintained. The staff is very helpful and engaging. Theread are organized opportunities to meet others in the community. From cookouts to health awareness to photo shoots. There is something for everyone. Only here for three months, but feeling that it was the best move I could have ever made.

1st apartment in 60 years

Our daughter, son-in-law, the 4 grand-daughters (age 7 and younger)all needed a bigger place, so we moved out of our 1,800 sq ft house and into a 1,000 sq ft apartment that my wife found in just a few days. It's a larger complex of about 20 plus buildings with two pools, two spas / jacuzzis, a doggie activity area, a small fitness area, and a volleyball court. It's a gated community just off of one of the more active streets as far as traffic goes, but you don't hear the traffic at all. We can ...
walk to our local drug store, fast food place or shopping center. I like not having to worry about maintenance here (just at my house). If could could improve anything about the complex, it would be quieter a/c systems, thicker insulation between apts (block out the neighbors), and a little more covered parking during the hot Arizona temperatures and rough monsoon season.

Nice place to call home

I moved in here about 2 years ago when it was Trillium. The new management came in and started to get things done. The pools, and grounds always look great. They have several grills around the property and a fire pit for cool summer nights. I love living here and maintenance seems nice, I have not had any issues that they need tom come over.

We visited Natura Villa a week ago to look into renting in a few months. We were very impressed with how beautiful and quiet the complex was. It is very well maintained and clean! The amenities are quite a step above another complex that we visited, and the rent is less. We worked with Mary, and she is awesome!! She gave us a great overview of the surrounding neighborhood and gave us a complete tour of the complex. We decided very quickly that we wanted to rent here, and can't wait to move in!

Be Careful withj your deposit! I moved in when it was Trillium and the day I inspected the carpet it looked freshly cleaned. Great right? however, 1 week later, I have no kids or pets, the carpeting starting showing track marks and stains. I complained. They sent the same company to clean it. They cleaned the carpeting 4 times during the 1.5 years that I lived there because of my complaining. Then they have the audacity to charge me for a carpet cleaning upon move out. They charged to repaint the ...

For the amount of money they are charging, they should be a little more customer service oriented. A few days prior to moving out the toilet overflowed, I called the maintenance line.
