to get buckets of water from your kitchen sink and they never water it or have a system set up for it. You can put in a maintenance request but unless the maintenance guy likes you or you're cute young girl then you won't get anything taken care of. Water isn't included, its added on and the charges have gone up exponentially but don't have washer/dryer hook ups or diswashers. They accept pets, but don't treat the yards for fleas, so even if you yourself don't have pets, they will jump on you and travel inside your apartment, then the office will charge you to treat your place even though it isn't because you caused the problem. The pool has opened a month late each year due to misc. reasons. Oh and if you live downstairs and are unfortunate to have loud upstairs neighbors, good luck sleeping. You can hear anything and everything that is going on above you. If those said neighbors have rotten kids that jump and seem to not have a bedtime at all, it will sound like they are going to fall through the floor. Good luck finding a working washer/dryer that wont eat your quarters in the laundry facility. The only thing this property cares about is charging more and more, invading your privacy as much as possible, and getting onto you for things that are they're responsibility. I know myself and quite a few of my neighbors cannot wait until our leases are up.
