My ac has been broken for months and they just keep giving me the run around how they waiting on someone to come fix it . A lot of ppl have been complaining about their ac not working and they STILLLLL haven’t done anything about it ! They know a lot of us don’t have many options on somewhere else to go so I feel taken advantage of !

We applied in December and the lady lead us to believe there was availability. However each time we called we were told third party was still processing the application. Each time we had to call to inquire on the status of the application and provided the information they requested. There was one form they needed signed and yet someone forgot to send it to my brother in Tennessee. After the last call he was told there were no apartments left. He is now here without a place to live, I feel this ...

is due to lack of communication from the staff. Finding an affordable apartment for seniors is very difficult as all low income apartments have 1 year waiting list.
