Newport Village is a great place to live. I have enjoyed my time here. Community neighbors are friendly and diverse; families, singles, couples, people from all backgrounds. Office staff are friendly and attentive to any need. Maintenance staff do a great job of keeping the community clean and supporting tenet needs. It’s a great location, close to shopping and bus lines. Several parks close by, schools and public library. Great amenities: 2 pools and a fitness room. I’ve been very happy here! ...

Called multiple times for multiple problems. My dryer was broken for 3 months they came 4 times to fix it but never replaced it. They never fixed anything right and even left rips in my floor after replacing the dishwasher for the SECOND time. Due to them not fixing things correctly the first time I was unable to get my security deposit back.
