I love the Nichols Park Community, it's a quaint community that reminds me of the old Austin. It's a quiet community even though it's right off of MoPac and has all the shopping you need all around are little area.

Roaches, Spiders, Scorpions, and even snakes coming out of the wall. Leak in wall so bad that black mold resulted. Once the mold was covered up the wall leaked again, puddles of water. Run! Don't rent from this place!
