I scheduled an appointment for today at 4:30pm. I attempted calling at least five different times ten minutes before our appointments as I am new to the area and could not locate the complex. Not a single phone call was answered. Once I finally found the apartments (thank you to the wonderful ladies at Abbey apartments down the road), I find a sign on the door that says no one is in the office but to call a different number as they are on site. I called and spoke with Ellie, who didn't even ...
remember that she had scheduled an appointment with me. Completely unprofessional. I did not bother meeting with her to view the apartments after that.
