Quick Problem Solving
June 24, 2025Robin has always been super helpful and is very quick to respond to concerns. I had an issue with billing on the pay portal showing an incorrect amount owed. I sent her an email and she took a look at it the very next day, and was able to resolve the issue. She also went out of her way to deliver a printed out reference of the corrections for my records on my apartment door, which was so sweet. It truly felt like she went the extra mile. June 2, 2025Lease price Way to much for old leaky horribly painted. Half the walls not painted when I even moved in. The lease team and maintenance are wonderful and do their best. Bless them. But yal cheating people raising rent for old building with no outdoor water to wash my patio or windows. Back hill spills mud in my patio with rain. I should not have to buy sand bags to stop the hill from doing this. Will not recommend this place to anyone.Property Manager Responded

January 10, 2025Wonderful Community I loved living in my townhouse at Normandy Green in Florence ky. The staff were so helpful through the whole process. Made a big difference to the transition by their positive and caring attitudes. Friendly residents and family culture abound. The proximity to shopping and restaurants and entertainment is phenomenal. The townhome was spacious , and very well maintained. It was quiet and I could not hear neighbors sounds. I loved having my own washer/ dryer and 2 bathrooms. ...I woulr recommend this complex highly. Also, the pricing was budget friendly. A BIG plus.Property Manager Responded
