        Living here has been nothing short of peaceful. It’s quite clean the apartments are basically brand new. The staff is friendly and helpful. I honestly have no complaints.?? I’ve even recommended one of my friends here. Not sure if they will join, but it’s worth talking about because of how nice it is here. And the rent is very affordable. You get a lot for these type of units for your money.

        Great community! Maintainence can be slow and back up. Parking is fist come first serve but you can always reserve a spot. Right off of i35 but you don’t get the noise it comes with.

        The apartment is still nice, even if after 5 years certain appliances are starting to wear with age. Location is still good, though I’m not sure how I feel about new buildings being built in front. Noise level is fine.

        Norra is a good place to live. Modern apartments and top nocht spaces. Hallways and stairs are not always dirty but looks like. Also, maintenance requests take some time to be responded. Community is quite and the neighbors are respectful.

        While something’s could be better, (there is never anywhere to park near my building and most times I have to park on the street) I am happy with this apartment complex. Some things are a bit messy, the side road by the pond, there’s just a bunch of trash littered along the brush line.

        Parking troubles at night always. My visitor parked in a visitor spot and ending up getting towed. Maintenance isn’t very organized. My ceiling started dripping after the freeze.

        Amenities are phenomenal as well as apartments! Parking is tough sometimes and maintenance is a bit slow getting tasks completed and cleaned up, but other than that everything is perfect!

        Everything about the apartment is good — the rooms, amenities, location, and overall environment are well maintained. The only drawback is that maintenance requests get delayed for weeks. If response time improves, it would be an excellent place to live. Overall, a very good apartment.

        At first, the pricing felt reasonable and manageable, which was one of the main reasons I chose to move forward. The value matched what was being offered, and for the first year, it felt like a fair balance between cost, location, and overall convenience. However, after that first year, the price increases gradually became overwhelming. Each renewal came with higher costs that no longer aligned with the quality or benefits being provided. What once felt affordable slowly turned into a financial ...

While I initially appreciated the competitive pricing and enjoyed my experience early on, the long-term affordability became a concern. Ultimately, the increasing expenses outweighed the original value, and what started as a good deal became difficult to sustain over time.
