        I'm very happy with the cleanliness of this living community and the effort behind all the events. The residents need to do a lot better with picking up after their dogs but other that that it's been a good experience living here.

        I will Always say the parking has to be fixed too many residents and not enough adequate parking…. And bring back the food truck days especially bbq trucks yummmmm… clean the hallways all the way thoroughly of all 3 floors trash comes from all levels so powerwashing 3rd floors entirely is a must especially high traffic stair areas

        Living here has been nothing short of peaceful. It’s quite clean the apartments are basically brand new. The staff is friendly and helpful. I honestly have no complaints.?? I’ve even recommended one of my friends here. Not sure if they will join, but it’s worth talking about because of how nice it is here. And the rent is very affordable. You get a lot for these type of units for your money.

        Great community! Maintainence can be slow and back up. Parking is fist come first serve but you can always reserve a spot. Right off of i35 but you don’t get the noise it comes with.

        The apartment is still nice, even if after 5 years certain appliances are starting to wear with age. Location is still good, though I’m not sure how I feel about new buildings being built in front. Noise level is fine.
