      It’s started great. Since the construction of a new apartment and having to wait 150days for a referral fee, I’m a little saddened that it has turned a little sour. I feel like they try but if you voice your opinion on how you’re treated then you become the issue.

      The community is beautiful and quiet. The ladies at the front desk are really sweet. They also have events for tenants to participate in, which is nice. My only concern is the turnover time for maintenance related repairs (takes weeks for them to address/fix an issue). For instance, I submitted a work order request on the 26th on June for the ac unit not working/opened so the room gets really hot and till today (7/10) no one has came to check it out nor have I been updated on when someone will be ...

      Hi! So im giving a four star review today for 1-2 discrepancy’s but I still want to be true to the value of this place. Norra is a clean, comfortable and in my opinion affordable place to live. It’s quiet, staff is friendly & I love the events they do. My only complaint is there rewards system. Upon signing the lease my husband an I were told that we’d get 9 weeks free & a raffle for a tv & a guaranteed $500 gift card. We received our 9 weeks free which im grateful for however as for the rest I ...
      haven’t heard anything in regards to it. my husband an I have called an reached out an went to the office several times requesting updated info on receiving our gift card & have been getting run around being told it’s still processing. Apparently some residents have received theirs while many still have not. I think any company as a whole should be people of their word. I’d say be wise when applying here it’s overall a wonderful place to live but certain things have some grey areas.

      Maintenance can be slow, the guest parking isn’t the best solution in my opinion and the constant email reminders are bothersome, but it’s still a nice place to live. It’s fairly quiet, the office staff is nice, when you can get through on the phone and it’s in a good location. I still think it’s a tad more expensive than it should be, but that seems to be an overarching problem with all rent and housing, unfortunately.
