    Sandra was wonderful in helping my husband and I find a new place! We were in a pickle since our original apartment we signed a lease with fell through, and we had needed to find a place within 24 hours to sign. Sandra helped us though our whole process and made it an easy transition.

    Bring back the food trucks and more resident community events and local partnerships! More convenient parks for residents! It’s sad I can’t leave after a certain time because you won’t return to a park. Detailed Powerwashing of the breezeways and personal patios are needed on every floor not just first floors. Faster turnaround on maintenance repairs. Overall quiet peaceful place to reside!

    I just moved in. The apartment was clean on move in and it was a pretty easy process. Parking is a bit annoying once around 5pm hits. There aren’t many spots available to park near your apartment. I wish there was an elevator because moving things up to the third floor has been such a pain.

    Apartments are nice, location is good. Parking has been a pain in the past but seems to be alright these days. A little more expensive then it should be, but it’s at least fairly quiet place overall.

    I like living here, but the parking situation is annoying. We need more parking and for the maintenance to not use our spots. They don't live here so the spots available should be for residents only. The leasing office ladies aren't very nice but not like I have to deal with them too much. Other than that everything has been nice.

    It’s a great community. There is just too much dog poop everywhere. It’s on the sidewalks. It’s in the grass and it’s in the rocks. It’s almost if you can not walk anywhere without there being dog poop.

    I have been extremely impressed with the staff at Norra. They go above and beyond to ensure the cleanliness of the entire property, from the common areas to the outdoor spaces, which makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. What really sets this place apart is how the staff genuinely interacts with the residents by hosting community events, they truly create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. It’s clear they care about making this a great place to live. The amenities here are ...

The gym is well-maintained with plenty of equipment, the pool area is always clean and inviting, and the shared spaces like the lounge and work areas are perfect for relaxation or productivity.     Overall a good experience. The apartment itself is beautiful. The parking has been a struggle as well as the noise levels at times. I appreciate the discounted renewal rates and the quick responses from maintenance most of the time.
