September 23, 2025The staff made everything really easy with move in and just the entire process. The common areas are very well kept. My apartment was a little dirty when I moved in but besides that it was a really good experience and I would recommend. The leasing office did ask if I wanted someone sent back out to clean I declined but definitely appreciated being asked!Property Manager Responded

August 27, 2025Living at Norra Apartments has been a great experience so far. The community feels peaceful and modern, and I really enjoy the pool and fitness center. The staff is professional and easy to work with. The only issue I’ve run into is parking—it can be a little inconvenient. July 31, 2025So far so good-I did have a few bumps at the beginning. I wish everything would’ve been prepared at move in. Filters needing change, housekeeping did a subpar job (hair everywhere, things still sticky) Despite this MD is awesome and I appreciate her allowing me to bug her and her patience with me.
