May 14, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comIf you’re looking for a place where you constantly have to complain to the office about hot water issues, basic home problems, and the cleanliness around the property, then these homes managed by this company are the perfect choice. There’s no hot water for at least three days every month, and in some months, it happens twice for three days each time. I’ve never seen anyone try to clean the outside areas. The area around the dumpsters is always filthy. There are two laundry rooms, but one is ...usually out of order, and the other one is so dirty you can’t even walk in. Every time you submit a request, they completely ignore it. I’ve reported the leaking bathroom ceiling multiple times, both in person and through their app, but no one cares. You pay rent every month, but you still struggle with basic necessities like hot water.Read More

August 21, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been living here since November of last year… And while my apt is cozy there are always problems. While in a 2 bedroom, my ac went out and I had to call and visit the office several times for them to put an portable ac in my window for weeks before it was fixed and then they more than doubled my rent so I downsized in June 2023. Now 3 months in my ac is out again. And still waiting on my mirror to be fixed from June as well. Mind you the new mirror is just sitting in my apt leaned against ...the wall for THREE WEEKS. I have heart issues and asthma and I have suffered from my apt being 76-78 degrees and no one has come to fix a thing. I’ve had to go to friends houses or get hotels when I pay my rent it’s sad. I’ve been in the hospital twice and I’ve explained this but they still don’t put a rush even with your medical issues. Needless to say I’ll be moving.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
