Terrible... And scary!

gannie the manager, is extremely rude and a big irrational. He scared me and I was just doing a showing. I guess I asked too many questions for his liking. When asking how much extra my dog would be, he did a 180 and snapped. He got super annoyed and said I don't know ask my boss. I was confused so I asked if there was an additional pet fee, he then snapped even more and said forget you, you seem to be difficult and that he doesn't have time for me. All because I asked questions before renting. ...
Isn't that what you're suppose to do? I almost called the police on him for how angry he got over a simple small question. He didn't want to be bothered at all and seemed very unstable. When I first got there he said ok let's make this quick, so I guess I ruined his day by stopping by to see the apartment. As a manager you should get your attitude in check! Also this place is a complete dump. The floor had a caution sign on it because the cement was peeling and bumpy to walk on. The actual interior of the apartment had old rusty amenities. Good luck with this guy. He doesn't want to be bothered and if you ask him a simple question, he may snap on you.
