Poor
March 16, 2024I feel like I’m living in a dumpster. Trash/furniture is left everywhere, and as soon as you turn left by the office there is a terrible odor outdoors. The breezeways smell horrendous. I can’t even open my windows to allow fresh air in, because it STINKS! I have yet to sleep in my room after being here for months, because it stinks like an animal. I got told sorry for the inconvenience but I still have to pay rent. Make it make sense.pooReview from Apartments.com

January 9, 2018I have been here a while and never seen so many problems with management. We have lost several property managers since I have been here for different reasons but what it boils down to there needs to be an observation of "owners, investors, supervisors, etc." of this property of what it really needs and do what they claim they will do. The management office is not available at a lot of times and sometimes I feel the tenants are running this property ourselves. These apartments are way overdue ...for renovation, places I have stayed before they usually would check your heating and air system outside, never seen that done here. The landscaping is what I call pathetic and look like someone just cut grass with scissors. More lighting outside is needed because there are those that work different shifts and come in when it is very dark, and for safety it would be nice to have more light. If it wasn't for the tenants where would Northgate Village be, so why do the tenants have to live such a life.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
