        It seems like everything (especially the elevators and air conditioning) breaks constantly and takes forever to be repaired. The building has not been living up to the amount it costs to live here.

        Very nice amenities but wish the media rooms worked. Internet is slow as well. Staff is helpful and maintenance is done in a timely fashion.

        The Northshore is an absolute gem in downtown Austin. The location is ideal - close to everything yet tucked away on a beautiful tree lined street with incredible undisturbed views of lady bird lake. The staff is beyond exceptional, always friendly and attentive to residents' needs. They all go above and beyond for their residents and host amazing and unique events every month.       • Overall fantastic place to live.

        Northshore staff made me feel confident and excited to move here. Since I’ve been here I have loved it! The community has an incredibly friendly atmosphere and the staff takes very good care of everyone here. You can tell everyone is happy here. I want to add that they take security seriously here and I’ve always felt safe in the building and parking garage.

        I love living here. Best location in Austin. Walkable to all my favorite hot spots and no construction around keeps it peaceful. Everyone is sweet to my pups and animal friendly.

        The central location is unbeatable, offering easy access to all the city has to offer, including the lake. The amenities, including a rooftop pool, and fitness center, are fantastic. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious, and they always have fun events. The management and staff are friendly and responsive (Especially Zach!). Overall, I highly recommend Northshore Apartments for a top-tier living experience in Austin.
